I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and would love to share my knowledge with you through breath, movement and optimum nutrition. 

By strengthening your body and mind with energising yoga and a positive mindset you can create a life rich in vitality.

I focus on balancing strength with flexibility, reinforcing the body and mind, and releasing tension to encourage longevity and mobility. My sequences are inspired by Vinyasa flow, created to be physically challenging with tailored to one's ability. These sequences provide an active, full body experience that strengthen through stretching, breathing, lengthening and opening.

I also offer bespoke one to one sessions if you wish to work on a specific are and/or have an underlying injury, or health condition that you would like to address.

Designed for modern living, I look forward to meeting and working with you. 

Hello! This is me - Katy. An energetic and  nurturing mum or one who is passionate about sharing health and wellbeing knowledge with others. 

​

Being an ex-gymnast movement has always played an important role in my life. Finding yoga has helped my mental and physical wellbeing and has enabled me to maintain a sense of balance. Yoga not only helps me in the mat, but reflects in my everyday life, reminding me to be more mindful, present and patient (which is much needed as a single mum). The benefits have been endless, I feel stronger and better equipped to deal with whatever life sends my way.... I have learnt how to breathe and create space!

Living on the beautiful Island of Anglesey, North Wales is a blessing with beaches, mountains and spectacular wilderness to roam and take in the fresh air. It is a place that inspires me to help others in the following areas.
